Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location. Available methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships. This may include verification, packaging, and hand-finishing checks.

Tracking

Address changes

Returns

Return shipping charges, if any, may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our side.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (size adjustment, alternative item, or finish), email us and we will try to help based on product availability.

  • We may recommend the fastest solution (exchange vs return and reorder).

Non returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or sale conditions. Common examples include:

Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
